1: My Service
daviesdiagnostics.ie is trading as Iain Davies sole trader. I offer a mobile mechanics service in the West and North of County Kerry Ireland


2: Quality Guarantee.
When booking and paying for my services you are accepting and agreeing that if I have carried out work on your vehicle for an NCT or CVRT retest, I guarantee the quality of my workmanship and services. Should my work be at fault and the vehicle fail the retest because of an inadequate standard of work on my behalf, I will return to your address at a suitable agreed time and rectify the fault... I am not responsible for paying retest fees or any extra components that may be required. I will only attempt to rectify the problem one time for one additional retest.


3: Refunds.
When booking and paying for my services you are accepting and agreeing that a refund will only be given if I fail to arrive at the specified address on the date that you have booked for my services. No other reason will be considered grounds for a refund.

It is your responsibility to ensure that there is an adequate place for tmechanical repair work to be carried out and in cases may require the use of 220/240 volt mains electric supply and water..


4: Cancellations.
When booking and paying for my services you are accepting and agreeing that a cancellation notice must be given by email... at least 24 hours before commencement of the booked time, a cancellation of this type will incur a 25% administration fee from the total cost of a booking, for example if a booking cost €250 a cancellation fee would be €62.50. No other reason or circumstances will be considered grounds for a return payment



5: GDPR.
We will not share your data with any other institution for marketing or research purposes. We will not contact you in the future for marketing or research purposes. We will only keep payment transaction records with PayPal, the Revenue Commissioner and email correspondence. We will only share information with official bodies if and when we are legally required to do so.
